We met while working at the YMCA in 2006. We started dating in August of 2007. Justin proposed exactly 5 years later while on a cruise of the Caribbean. He popped the question on the balcony of our stateroom while watching the lightning from the approaching hurricane across the ocean. We purchased a house together in July of 2012. We recently got our first fur baby, a kitty named Pine. The rest is history!
