For those of you that havent check in online yet....no is the time to do so. Please print your boarding documents to speed up the process. Arrive at the dock 3-4 hours in advance.

After receiving your response that you are interested in attending our wedding and the cruise we are finally ready to get the ball rolling with the travel details! We have found a travel agent to make all the travel arrangements super simple. The travel arrangements will be made through AAA.
Our agent's name is Luis Gonzalez. He will be taking care of everything: arranging the cruise, flight, hotel before/after the cruise, transportation ( to/from airport, to/from cruise). By going through a travel agent we are guaranteed not only the lowest price possible but also a ton of perks while on board!! (And yes, even if you are not a AAA member, my mom is and she has put it all under her name, so we will all be getting the discount.)
To get started, each person will have to put a down-payment of $500 USD. After that, then you can make payments throughout the year. The total price will depend on weather you decide to stay at the same hotel as us, room type on the cruise, airport departure etc. You are free to book everything along with our group through our agent, or plan it on your own, its up to you.
In order to secure your spot, please contact Luis directly and make the down payment whenever is convenient for you. Obviously the sooner the better. Luis will also be needing all of the details as listed below If you have any questions please feel contact me or Luis.
Our cruise has been reserved under: Carol Scarbrough- Singapore Trip. This is important, since we are a group we will be getting discounts and perks while onboard, so make sure to mention this!

1.Name as it appear on passport
2.Passport number
3.Issue date/exp date, issuing authority
4.Date of birth
5.Emergency contact and number
6.Type of cabin/rooming list ( if you dont have anyone to room with yet, dont worry we will figure this out as we go along.)
7.How many pre and post nights needed in Singapore ( We will be reserving 2 nights prior to the ship setting sail and, 1 night after )
8. If you will be wanting to purchase any travel insurance
