We hope you will join us for our wedding on September 1st, 2014!

The ceremony and reception are to be held at the Bavarian Inn Lodge of Frankenmuth, just over the covered bridge. 

The wedding ceremony where we will exchange our vows is planned for 3:00pm in the Summer Garten, on the West side of the Lodge overlooking the river. 

Everyone is invited to then join us for the reception at 4:00pm in the Composer Rooms on the East end of the Lodge, on the second floor. The reception will be featuring a Bavarian Feast with Frankenmuth chicken, smoked ham, the scrumptious Bavarian Inn Buttered Noodles, veggies, and of course the wedding cake! (If you have special dietary needs or restrictions, such as a vegetarian or vegan diet, please let the bride know). A cash bar will be available. 

What better way to start of life as a newlywed couple than on an adventure?

We have opted for a 7 day southern Caribbean cruise aboard Royal Caribbean's Jewel of the Seas. We will depart from San Juan, Puerto Rico and visit the majestic islands of St. Kitts, Barbados, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, and Antigua. Along the way we hope to enjoy activities such as climbing Mt. Liamuiga (a volcano), swimming with turtles and exploring ship wrecks, and riding horseback through the ocean waves!

Most importantly, this will be the opportunity for uninterrupted quality time before we settle back into life in Mid- Michigan. We couldn't be more excited for this adventure of a lifetime!

We already have what we need to comfortably start our lives together as Mr. and Mrs. Buffman. But, for tradition's sake, we have registered at Macy's for a select few items. 

On a more modern, practical note, we have also registered with Royal Caribbean for a honeymoon registry! Guests can visit our registry and contribute towards our honeymoon with credit towards shore excursions (such as the volcano hike, swimming with turtles, and horseback riding through the ocean waves), a dinner for two in one of the ship's many exquisite restaurants, a couple's massage, or credit towards the overall cost of the cruise.
