I started in Dover, DE, left for 12 years, ended back in Dover DE after spending 2 years in OK, 4 years in Japan, 5 years in UT, and 2 years in PA. After all that I meet someone from WV, who had been well, to VA and DE, until recently when he branched out and went to Canada and Europe.

Jason was born in WV and moved to Northern VA when he was little and well stayed there till some girl from DE joined his car club and insisted he move to up there.  He works for Ikea IT, and until he met his fiance, she had never heard the word IKEA...I know gasp!
