Please read this website thoroughly as there are important details regarding this ceremony. All non-sailing guest, be sure to click the the Wedding Contact Form and submit your information in order to get you access to the ceremony.

The ceremony will be held on June 21, 2020

on the Royal Carribbean Liberty of the Seas Ship in the Olive & Twist Cocktail Lounge.

We will be escorted, as a group, to the ship promptly at 10am from the Pier. Guests that are late are not guaranteed boarding. 

Please allot adequate time for parking, shuttle, and navigation to the Pier meeting spot.

The Shoreside Wedding Team will escort our Wedding Group on and off the ship.

Ceremony will start at 12pm with reception following

Non-sailing guest will be escorted to land at 2:30pm

Every guest (sailing or non) must be checked in prior to walking onto the ship. 
YOU WILL NEED AN IDENTIFICATION CARD 

The ship you will be walking onto is considered a large ocean vessel, and therefore, it is the Coast Guard's obligation to provide safe entry onto this boat, regardless of whether you are sailing or not. To clear the Coast Guard requirements, everyone must display an identification card like a state license or ID card to walk onto the ship. 

The Coast Guard is requiring EVERYONE (non-sailing) to provide your Driver's License number or official State ID number in order to clear you for boarding the ship prior to the wedding day. Please fill out the form below:

The Coast Guard's use of your ID number is used ONLY to clear you for boarding.  

If you do not provide your ID number you will not be able to board for the ceremony.
